I am Assistant Professor in tropical forest ecology and management. My research aims at improving the well being of poor people in the tropics by providing better knowledge of the management of trees, soils and water in complex tropical landscapes. I am teaching in a number of undergraduate courses in forest hydrology and soil science for Master of Science in Forestry students.
