 I have HORTICULTURIST training, I worked in the 2004 Forest genitik and Plant Physiology Between UPSC and the greenhouse with the project, including planting, watering, nutrient also control Disease, insect.
From 2005 I started working in the forest's vegetation egologi to evacuate greenhouse and field and Laborants, (drying, weighing, grinding, the plant material, and to irrigate and shot) Climate chamber experiments. Sort (plants, leaves, seeds, litter, berries, pine needles).
Instruments which do I use the GC, N-fixerning, IRGA CO2 content and mills to grind.

 I mainly work in the laboratory, running samples for research projekts within this department .Sometimes I work with samples for external clients. Instruments I use for the analysis are: Ion chromatografy for detecting inorganic anions such as fluoride, chloride, nitrite, nitrate, bromide, phosfate and sulphate. TOC5000 for detecting inorganic carbon, organic carbon and total carbon in water solutions. FIA is an instrument for running ammonium and nitrate. FIA stands for flow injection analysis. Electrical conductivity, pH and alkalinity are analysed in a titration instrument. Elemental analysis are done in an ICP-AES and that stands for inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry instrument.

 I am holding a PhD degree in soil science with focus on analytical chemistry. My PhD project was focused on compound specific nitrogen isotope analysis. Currently I am working as a research engineer with focus on stable isotope analysis. I work both with method development and routine analysis, for example determination of 13C in individual fatty acids.

 I work as a research technician with experiments and studies in laboratory, in field and in greenhouse in diferent research projects. My mainly experiences are from handling with seeds and seedlings, i.e. quality determination, biochemical analyzes, measurements with NIR-spectroscopy and growth studies. I am responsible for measurement instrument and tools used in field courses, at the Forestry programme and for organizing a chemical store at the department.
