The main objective of the ForWater program is to achieve a scientifically based assessment of water quality under pressures from climate change and forest management. The ForWater program will be based on an interdisciplinary approach where nutrients, metals, base cations, persistent organic pollutants and dissolved organic carbon will be studied using a common field-based research platform. The project is a collaboration between researchers at the Swedish University of Agricultural Science, Uppsala University, Lund University, the University of Zürich and Skogforsk.
